With FileCap as our own product as well as a number of other software solutions, we offer added value to our partners for our short lines of communication and personal approach. As a Commercial Internal Sales Representative you are a crucial link between our customers, partners, suppliers and our internal organization.

What will you do?

Duties include:

• Prepare and process quotations, orders and invoices.
• Maintain communication with vendors and request quotes.
• Keeping CRM package up to date.
• Provide support to financial administration.
• Procurement of software and hardware products and licenses.
• Checking incoming invoices.
• Keeping price lists and product information up to date.
• Handled Office Management tasks, such as weekly grocery ordering and managing office supplies.
