Inside sales representative (36 - 40 hours)

We are looking for an experienced inside salesperson to actively sell our FileCap solution to enterprise customers and resellers/partners.

So what will you be doing?

‍Youmay start thinking about marketing promotions, handling incoming quote requests, actively prospecting and trying to spark interest in the FileCap solution and providing FileCap demos for prospects and potential resellers!

Equally important, you will be providing input during FileCap Sprint reviews to the software developers so they can further align the FileCap solution with customer requirements.

The team

‍Theteam you will be part of consists of an Inside Sales Representative and an inside sales/back office employee. We also have a support department with 5 employees and 2 FileCap developers.

‍Weexpect you to be customer-oriented and have good people skills. We also consider it important that you have some experience in a similar position and that you make contact quickly and easily (by phone and email). In addition to all this, some other important characteristics we value are:

• A positive mindset and a good work ethic
• Good command of Dutch and English language (oral and written)
• Living in Twente (or nearby) due to travel time
• At least several years of experience in B2B software / IT sales
